Arrest Made In Deadly Queens Hit-And-Run
Police on Monday announced they have made an arrest in connection to a deadly hit-and-run in Queens over the weekend.
David Rojas, 19, is charged with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
Investigators say while Rojas was driving, he is not the owner of the Dodge Caravan that struck and killed 79-year-old Cui Ju Yu yesterday afternoon at Junction Boulevard in Elmhurst.
The woman's grieving grandson wants the driver to face the consequences of his actions.
