Another biker arrested in SUV attack

NEW YORK (WABC) -- There's been another arrest in the biker mob road rage attack.

Only Eyewitness News' cameras were there as the suspect walked into the police precinct.

28-year-old Kaliq Douglas was led from the 5th precinct Friday evening handcuffed and escorted by detectives.

According to police officials he is facing assault charges including the more serious gang assault.

as I need clarification regarding the event sequence here......I thought I heard that this road rage began when the SUV ran into a biker and kept on rolling.... That hit-n-run evoked the bikers to try and get the SUV to stop; which it did not initially.

If this is true...then the SUV driver is not an innocent victim....not in the sense of being an innocent victim.

SUV causing the accident. The SUV speed away because he was afraid for his family. The SUV drive will not likely face charges.

The SUV driver did not cause the accident. The bikers were not driving safely and swarmed around the SUV.
