yes votes in NYC.

(36,286 posts)3. I'm an Upstate Democrat who voted against this strictly because casino patrons
tend to poorer people from the surrounding area and because casinos offer low wage jobs. It'd be interesting to know how many people voted based on their opinion of casinos, and how many based on their support of Cuomo.
