2 wrongfully convicted men released 20 years later

NEW YORK (WABC) -- There is vindication for two men who spent 20 years in prison for a brutal triple murder they say they never committed.

They are now free after a judge overturned their convictions.

They were just 15 and 18 years old when they were arrested in 1992 for the murders of a woman and two young girls in Coney Island.

"I don't even know how to describe it, I'm overwhelmed right now, I'm so grateful," said Tony Yarbough, wrongfully convicted.

DNA evidence was still pretty new in 1992. I'm glad they kept the material. Shrike47 Feb 2014 #1
