Heroin found in Sullivan County elementary school

FALLSBURG (WABC) -- A group of teachers in Sullivan County is under investigation after heroin was found at an elementary school.

Many parents of students at Benjamin Cosor Elementary School are concerned after police believe someone, possibly a teacher, has been shooting up heroin during the school day.

In December, an employee found a case containing needles and heroin in a faculty bathroom.

Fallsburg Police started an investigation. Then last week, a school resource officer discovered a used heroin baggie in the same restroom.
