Teen killed after crashing car into Mahopac High School

MAHOPAC, N.Y. (WABC) -- Authorities are investigating the death of a teenager who was killed Friday night after crashing his car into Mahopac High School.

The wreck happened around 11:30 p.m.

Investigators say the vehicle entered the school property through an exit road at a high rate of speed.

The car went airborne when it hit a rail and then struck the east side wall of the school, damaging the wall, windows and a classroom.
