New measles cases confirmed in Manhattan, Bronx

NEW YORK (WABC) -- New York City health officials have identified 3 more cases of measles.

There are now 19 identified cases of measles in the city. Nine of the patients are children and 10 are adults.

Health officials issued a measles advisory after confirming 16 cases in northern Manhattan and the Bronx last week.

At least two cases were transmitted right in a doctor's office, officials said.
