For first time, secret money set to flow into Charlotte mayors race with no limits

Cliff Notes: "Democrat" Joel Ford is now taking money directly from the NC GOP leadership in Raleigh I guess their game is to try to mislead enough Democrats into voting for him, plus pull some Rep voters. They think black voters are very stupid and blindly vote for black candidates (not true) and then forget that white GOP voters are kinda racist and don't vote for black Democrats. I hope it blows up in their faces.

A pox on the Supreme Court for allowing this kind of degradation of democracy. When dark money is flowing into local races like this one from outsiders who only want to disrupt and undermine a community, it's time to revisit the ruling and admit they were wrong. Let's be clear. The NC GOP HATES Charlotte, particularly since HB2. Their only goal here is to damage our community.
