Here's a surprising fact: In 2008, more people in North Carolina

voted during the early voting period than on Election Day.

That's why October 18th marks the most important day of the election here in our state so far. It's the first day North Carolinians can cast their vote for President Obama and other Democrats. And since North Carolina has early voting -- which allows you to register and vote all at once -- the process is easy and convenient. GOTV!!
