Hi Folks,

This is a very distressing bit of news with respect to the rights of Ohio voters to get to the polls in 2014 and beyond. The reduced access to early voting, reduction of voting machines, and other really egregious anti-voter actions by the Republicans got me fired up enough to donate some money to the Democratic Party of Ohio from way over here in Hawaii. It wasn't much, but I needed it, and I sent it to your guys.

I hope that Rachel Maddow's segment linked above as well as this one:
Ohio Sen. Turner: Ohio GOP vote plan hits ‘greatest equalizer’

are widely shared here on DU and elsewhere.

They should be ashamed…this is really un-American behavior and these guys have got to go.

The Senator said that they are filing a lawsuit against the restrictions. They have done this 5 times previously, and the Court has ruled in their (Democrats) favor every time.

Here's hoping they are successful, again!

I can't understand how only a very few people watch her. She is the most informed intelligent and truthful person with a TV show out there in my humble opinion. A very small percentage of people will even see the segment which is a big shame.

I agree, I think she is so far beyond better than anyone else not only on TV but in the news, period.

All we can do is share her clips and tell people.
