And he is a police officer?! Sometimes I wish I didn’t read the newspapers.

CLEVELAND, Ohio -- A Cleveland police officer who urinated on a 12-year-old girl and tried to abduct her from a Euclid bus stop this summer pleaded guilty on Monday to felony charges

Solomon Nhiwatiwa, 34, now faces a prison sentence of up to 7 1/2 years after he pleaded guilty to charges of attempted kidnapping, pandering obscenity, disseminating matter harmful to juveniles and endangering children in the Aug. 16 attack.
