to be sold under certain circumstances (edited to add: certain extremely narrow circumstances), and that it went to a Catholic University ... the only case which would fit said circumstances.

If I lived in Harrisburg I am not sure how I'd keep my blood pressure in check. It's hard enough watching this mess from out Philly way.
