PA. Head of Envi Protection should have resigned for not protecting environment

Good essay about how the head of the PA. Dept. of Environmental Protection was right to resign, but he should have resigned for different reasons. Corbett appointed him, even though he had no education or experience in environmental matters.

and I actually used that same idea......I told them to look carefully at their name, and to understand the words that were in it. They exist for the purpose of "environmental protection", and that is the sole reason that they were set up. Not that you would know it with all the good-buddy deals they make with industry.
