Brief Description Amends the Abortion Control Act in Title 18 (Crimes Code) regarding abortion regulations, including changing the upper limit of when an elective abortion is available and prohibiting the practice of dismemberment abortions.

Governor Wolf will veto this move, he has said.
The committee "narrowly decided" not to postpone the vote in order to hold a hearing. Can't be bothered with a hearing, let alone passing a budget in this state whilst the same General ASSembly is busy getting their hands into our reproductive decisions.
This GA needs an enema.

I had a ridiculous phone call on behalf of a national issue with Toomey's aid yesterday. These people are arrogant and irresponsible.
