The moment weve been bracing for is here.
Trumps executive orders restrict entry to the US and attack our most vulnerable neighbors.
As a country of immigrants and religious pluralism, we cannot stay silent in the face of hate.
Lets show Trump that we stand with our neighbors, no matter their race, nationality or religion.
Together, we will form a beacon of light against the coming darkness and inspire persistent, ongoing resistance against tyranny and injustice.
Bring your signs, chants, passion and anger!
Following the rally we will march through Oakland on Forbes Ave.
The rally will be led by a coalition of community organizers and citizen activists and we will have a number of speakers representing communities under attack by Trump program.
Organizations are invited to sign-on in support of the event, please email to pittsburgh@jewishvoiceforpeace or message the Jewish Voice for Peace - Pittsburgh page to be included.
