13 Annual Lampasas Democratic Labor Day Picnic

We have always have wonderful speakers. This year we are featuring Joe Bowden from Tx. Dem Headquarters and Megan Klein from Battleground Texas. Joe is going to speak about voter id and what we can do to get our people ready to vote and Megan will talk about the continuing and arduous task of turning Texas blue. We serve fresh grilled hamburgers, hot dogs, veggie burgers and sides. We open at 11, with a lively cake auction at 11:30 and food and speakers to follow. This year we have added a silent auction with loads of great theme baskets and other goodies. There is no set charge but we would like a donation of any amount you can give. All of the money (After we reimburse our cooks for the meat.) goes to Democratic candidates. So please come if you can. It will be a very wonderful affirming event for all of us Democrats.
