Man accused of evading drug arrest in the nude

A man ran from Bryan police while in the nude Monday evening as officers investigated narcotics sales from his home.

Bryson Robertson, 22, of Caldwell was charged with evading arrest with a previous conviction, a state jail felony punishable by up to two years in jail, after officers saw him "running from the direction of the front window" 10 seconds after knocking on his door, according to the police report.

Officers had received a tip from an informant who said Robertson was distributing at least four different controlled substances, the report stated.

After finding plastic baggies with crack cocaine, marijuana and Ecstasy near a window with a torn screen, officers obtained a search warrant for the home in the 500 block of East 23rd Street, where they found 16.8 grams of PCP, 0.4 grams of powder cocaine, 2.9 grams of crack cocaine near a shoe and less than two ounces of marijuana, police said.
