There was no mention, by the media, that the case is an Appeal from then TX AG Greg Abbott, now governor, that the Texas Supreme Court found for the school districts Fall of 2014, that the children of Texas were not receiving fully funded programs for their education.

Who received tax breaks when the public school programs are underfunded? People are angry already about the corruption going on in Texas. I am very unhappy about the way Texas Republicans have treated the children and educators of Texas. Keep in mind that the pay for teachers was dropped to $29,500.00 a year in the 2015 GOP controlled TX Legislature. That way, wealthy Texans could reduce their property taxes by approx. $150.00 a year.

Now, I do not trust Channel 11 to tell me the truth on their local news shows. I was watching evening TV on July 3, 2015.
