In Oklahoma, energy companies are now liable for the damage caused by industry induced earthquakes.
IMHO:
Texas is already set up for wind generated power. Perhaps energy companies need to consider large solar fields and desalination plants with large water pipes going northward to atone for the loss and destruction of the state's natural and clean ground water.

Air quality: R-Paul Ryan tacked on to the TPP Bill, a rider that will take down air quality standard across the nation. In the past, some citizens of Grapevine, had a neighborhood air quality study done, when offered drilling leases. When the tests came back showing no gasses like methane and benzene, these energy companies removed their offer. If TPP passes, feel free to go out and buy a gas mask for your entire family anywhere you live in Texas or America. Cheney's Energy Act already makes it possible for drilling anywhere in America that includes Denton, Texas).
Top Priority of the GOP-Free Market Trade (all at the consumer's expense and health). Hope Texans vote in their best interest in coming elections.
