10 arrested after 'patients' say they were beaten, held against their will at Irving, Fort Worth 'rehab' facilities
en men have been arrested in Irving and Fort Worth after officers were led to a supposed drug and alcohol rehab facility where at least two people said they were being held against their will.
The investigation began Tuesday after a caller reported seeing a man being chased by three other men about 10:45 a.m. down the 1100 block of North Union Bower Road in Irving.
Officers found the man and learned he had just run away from a house in the 2400 block of Penn Street that was reportedly being used as a rehab center, police said.
The man, identified in a police affidavit as Jesus Dorado, told the officers that the men who were chasing him intended to assault him and make him go back to the house.
