Hillary Clinton shouts out satirical Texas masturbation bill during speech in Houston

Rep. Jessica Farrar, D-Houston, may not have been surprised when her bill to regulate the masturbation habits of men set Texas buzzing.

However, she may not have expected one of the most famous and powerful women in the world to take notice.

During a speech at an Annie’s List luncheon in Houston on Friday, former first lady, senator, secretary of state and 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton gave Farrar’s proposal a shoutout.

“I don’t know,” Clinton said after praising Farrar. “The bill may be satirical but the message sure resonated.”
