A historic Highland Park estate has changed hands, just months after the mansion hit the market.
The Tudor-style mansion on Beverly Drive was previously the home of Dallas businessman Sam Wyly.
The 7,579-square-foot, five-bedroom home across from Dallas Country Club came on the market this summer for $12.5 million. Top North Texas real estate agent Allie Beth Allman just closed the sale.
County deed records show that the home built in the early 1920s was purchased by a trust represented by Dallas mergers and acquisitions attorney Brian Lidji. The sales price was not disclosed.

Do go on the link. The master bathroom looks about as big as our whole house.

(7,947 posts)This sounds like one of those Trump "billionaires"-- that is, only in his own mind. If Trump, for example, really was a billionaire, he wouldn't hesitate to bail his son-in-law out of that 666 deal. Well, I forget that Trump is so selfish, he probably would snatch pennies out of his kids' piggybanks. But these guys sure don't seem like billionaires. They seem like deadbeats living from one month to the next.
