Pink-clad multitude gathers downtown for 2nd annual Dallas Women's March

Thousands marched through downtown Dallas for a second straight year in support of women's rights.

Carrying signs that read "My daughters will change the world" and "There's a new SHEriff in town, boys," protesters in pink walked from St. Paul United Methodist Church to Pike Park.

The Dallas Women's March was held to celebrate the strides made since millions of women gathered for the inaugural Women's March events last year across the nation.

The crowd appeared to be larger than last year's demonstration in Dallas, held a day after President Donald Trump took office.
