Sabato has made 12 ratings changes; 10 in favor of Democrats, two in favor of Republicans.

Sabato upgraded both Texas CD 2 and Texas CD 22 from Safe Republican to Likely Republican http://www.centerforpolitics.org/crystalball/articles/2018-house-update-12-ratings-changes/ I have already received a fundraising e-mail from Sri Preston Kulkarni

For these seats to move from Safe Republican is good news
