Twin Peaks Shootout
WACO, Texas – A federal court in Texas ruled that bikers arrested after a deadly 2015 shooting at a Twin Peaks restaurant may continue to pursue Fourth Amendment, conspiracy and bystander liability claims against multiple Waco police officials and certain claims against a county district attorney. The bikers claim they were wrongfully arrested based on a “fill-in-the-name” affidavit.
