If all lives matter, why did the blue lives who responded to the officer-involved shooting of TreShun not attempt to save his life?

In the case of TreShun, after shooting him 5 times, they handcuffed him, and left him there on the ground of the parking lot for almost an hour before getting him into an ambulance.

Just sad.
