Alexandria killer gets chance at appeal

Charles Severance, who was found guilty last year of murdering three people in Alexandria, will get to appeal his convictions in a higher Virginia court.
The Virginia Court of Appeals has agreed to look at three issues that defense attorneys raised regarding Severance’s trial, as first reported by WJLA.
