As someone who works outside trying to keep grass alive I can say the weather people fail to predict weather 3 hours out successfully, much less 3 weeks away. 
Early Nov is usually a wonderful time of year here though. Too early for the snow and low humidity so storms rarely flare up.
but as I'll be outdoors somewhere in Virginia from 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., doing 'Voter Protection' work, I HAD to check the weather! Sure hope its 'moderate.' And sure hope I'm in 7th District.
