Kessler swore out an assault warrant on J Taylor who was arrested. After a review of the video Kessler was charged and J Taylor's charge dropped.

J got a lawyer and got a warrant for perjury. In getting a bogus misdemeanor assault warrant, Kessler exposed himself to a felony charge of perjury.

March 20, Kessler will face an Albemarle County jury.
