Reports of tornado damage in Lynchburg, Danville and Amherst County.
"DANVILLE, Va. (WSET) -- Danville City Manager Ken Larking has declared a local state of emergency after reports of a tornado touched down.
Westover Drive remains blocked at Woodlawn Avenue and Riverside Drive remains blocked in the 5000 block.
Due to the extent of the storm damage, city officials said they can't estimate the time needed for the power to be restored."
