Charlottesville: Alex Ramos gets 3 years for beating of DeAndre Harris

This is for the beating of DeAndre Harris at the Market Street Parking Garage August 12, 2017.
ETA: He got the six year sentence the jury recommended. The judge suspended half with conditions and he will get credit for the year he has already spent in jail. I believe this is the assailant who only hit once.
Once media reports on this, I'll add details and a link.
ETA: So far the news stories have less info than me. Waiting on a full story.
ETA: Here is one of the stories I mention above, I guess they will flesh it out later. Media is not reporting the three year suspension with conditions my courtroom source provided. My source could be mistaken. A three year probation was also mentioned.

Update: 5:20 p.m.
Alex Ramos, charged with malicious wounding in the Aug. 12, 2017, parking garage beating of DeAndre Harris, has been sentenced to six years in prison.
The judge's sentence was identical to the jury recommendations when Ramos, of Jackson, Georgia, was found guilty in May. He said it was appropriate, given the "evil" nature of Ramos's actions.
At that trial, Charlottesville Police Detective Declan Hickey said he came across a Facebook post reportedly written by Ramos. The post reads, “We stomped some ass…getting some was f***ing fun.”
Hickey said Ramos seemed remorseful after his arrest.
