Democratic presidential candidate Beto O'Rourke will be campaigning in Virginia on Tuesday and Wednesday, with stops in Northern Virginia, Hampton Roads and the Richmond area. Details not yet available. He will be the first declared Dem presidential candidate to campaign in Va.
