Has there been a problem with people trying to scale the fence that's already in place?

Were the hordes trying to scale that fence not observed by police or Secret Service?

What's this going to cost? Who got the contract? What's it going to look like? When was it last replaced.

And you know full well that there's going to be concertina wire.

What a farce.

When I lived in Canada, I would see the PM walking his dog. The gate to his house as open. Granted, Canada is not the US, but still.

The current stone wall and metal fence — at a height of about eight feet — will be replaced by a fence that will be about 13 feet high. It will include an 18-inch, aboveground stone base at the bottom, a 10-foot, 7-inch metal fence and a one-foot-tall “anti-climb feature” at the top.

The new fence, according to the planning commission, will meet “contemporary security standards while recognizing the historic and symbolic importance of the White House and the surrounding grounds.”

The agencies began working on plans for a new fence in 2014 and a contract was awarded last summer. Construction is expected to start this summer and continue into 2021, although officials did not know the date when the construction would begin.

So it looks routine and not some hare-brained scheme by the buffoon-in-chief. Though I'm sure a few things will happen.

One, there will be some sort of fuck-up. Don't know what kind, but there will be. Over budget. Problem with fraud on the part of the contractor. Attempts by the buffoon to change things.

Doesn't matter what. The buffoon will blame Obama.

And/or he will take credit for the security improvements that the Obama regime overlooked or didn't care about.

I probably should have found the info you found. Lazy of me. Thanks.
