Seattle's Museum of Flight now offers virtual tours, videos and collections from home

Last week, the world’s largest educational air and space museum, The Museum of Flight, officially took to the skies – the virtual skies, that is.

Though the museum doors are closed in wake of the novel coronavirus, their aviation-oriented website now offers everything from virtual 3D airplane tours, a look inside NASA’s space shuttle trainers, explorations of Air Force One and more.

For families cooped up at home, and aviation or space fans alike, visitors can anticipate myriad collections, blogs and virtual tours of the museum’s top 12 aircraft, including that faster than the speed of sound by the name of Concorde and the B-17.

For all the airborne details, the museum’s renowned collection of photos and plane/spacecraft information are also on view.
