'No on Parks' group spoofs reverse-911 on their caller ID.

http://horsesass.org/no-on-parks-campaign-uses-911-caller-id-to-hook-voters-into-listening-to-their-lies/

(They used a spoofed Caller ID of 206-911-9111 for their 'No on Parks' robocall. When people called back to complain, they got...a *very* confused 911 operator!)

Hilarity ensues:

SPD Investigating “Caller ID Fraud” After Anti-Parks Robocall Prompts Dozens of Residents to Call 911

Their action has also generated some complaints to the FCC for the spoofed Caller ID, with fines up to $10,000 per call...and they claim that they sent out 100,000 robocalls. A cool $billion would go a long way toward funding our parks!
