BoltBus links Everett to Seattle and other big I-5 cities

EVERETT — BoltBus, a division of Greyhound Lines, will offer direct service from Everett to Seattle, Portland, Bellingham and Vancouver, British Columbia, beginning Monday.

The new service will offer 48 departures each week from the Everett Station at 3201 Smith Ave.

Ticket sales began this week.

BoltBus, which bills itself as a discount bus line, is expanding service in the Northwest with the addition of new pickup locations in Everett and Tacoma.

BoltBus offers leather seats and free Wi-Fi and individual power outlets to passengers plus a selection of recent movies.

The new Tacoma stop at 510 Puyallup Ave. will offer 64 departures a week.
