Seattle's Lake City shooting suspect charged with murder; Can't recall events
Charges have been filed and a no-bail hold has been requested for the man accused of shooting three people, stealing a car and plowing into another vehicle, killing the driver inside Wednesday in Lake City.
Prosecutors charged Tad-Michael Norman Friday with two counts of first-degree murder and three counts of attempted first-degree murder after the shooting that left two wounded and one dead, and the reckless car crash that left another dead.
The standard range for these charges is 110-138 years in prison, according to court documents.
He said everything happened after he blacked out from drinking vodka, rum and wine, starting at 12:30 p.m., according to probable cause documents.
Norman told police he only remembers drinking, playing XBOX and then waking up in the hospital that night, where police summarized the chaos on Sand Point Way NE.
