I was pleasantly surprised by their acknowledgement of many many abuses such as the need to wipe the term felon off records --treatment needed. prison should be for violent crimes only. It was refreshing. I was thinking that some actual good governing might get done if certain Dems, Reps and yes, in this case, teaparty folks got together and got a good bill passed that would reduce the prison population.
