I caught the last of Here and Now on WI public TV last night. They were discussing this issue.

Citing statistics for the most recent year, Todd said Wisconsin is below the national average in wage growth and job growth.

The latest federal figures, comparing March 2013 to March 2014, show Wisconsin’s job growth rate at 1 percent, below the national average of 1.7 percent, and its wage growth rate at 2.9 percent, behind the national average of 3.8 percent.

Lets look at Minnesota. They did the opposite of Scott Walker when it comes to economic policy:
Minnesota mean income across all occupations - $47,370
Wisconsin mean income across all occupations - $42,310
Minnesota mean income growth across all occupations - 0.8%
Wisconsin mean income growth across all occupations - 0.4%
Minnesota unemployment rate - 3.9%
Wisconsin unemployment rate - 5.4%
Now Wisconsin does have a better football team.

I do have one question - do the somehow grease Melvin Gordon? Never seen a guy slide out of tackles like he does - ya swear he got stopped for a loss and the next thing you know he's heading for the goal line.
