That's for abso-so-so-lutely certain.

Of course Walker did focus on social issues, he destroyed labor and the left. That was his objective.
He's one scary mo-fo, and people who likewise pretend that there's some division, some contrariety, between "social and economic issues", are in general scary. They tend to be myopic ideologues.

Let's put that economic/social-issues dichotomy canard to rest, NOW!
