Randy Bryce, of Caledonia, with Iron Workers Local 8, reads his testimony outside a hearing room that is barricaded by police, after he was not able to speak during a meeting for a right-to-work bill after it was cut short at the Wisconsin State Capitol in Madison, Wis., Tuesday, February 24, 2015. McGowan, who endorsed Walker in 2010 and 2014, told Kaufman he "sort of trusted the guy" at the time.
