I think Scutt is actually dumber than Bush. At least Bush eked out enough C grades to FINISH school at Yale. Governor Howdy Doody knows ONLY politics and his beloved Divide and Conquer. Bush was dumb. This guy is dumber.

So I find myself asking again, how dumb is too dumb?
