One bill allowed physicians to electronically prescribe certain pain-killing drugs as opposed to physically writing a prescription (???????WTF??????)

One granted more authority to Physician Assistants.

and the last one "creates licensure requirements and practice standards for anesthesiologist assistants in Wisconsin. It also creates the Council on Anesthesiologist Assistants, which will advise and make recommendations to the state's Medical Examining Board, according to the bill's text." (text from News-Herald article)

Nothing controversial in any of those and yet, the location was undisclosed and the event was not open to the public. I gave one of my Tea-Party friends some grief about it yesterday and his response was "Good...that'll keep those asshole union thugs away."
