Has it been heard by SCOTUS yet? Lat I remember hearing was that they were going to take it up. The recent PA decision has brought this back to my mind.

(3,975 posts)Plaintiffs promised decision in March...we have been circulating nomination papers since March 16th...60 days.. to May 16th...so no matter the ruling, crap districts will remain for August primary and Nov general elections. Damn the Rs to hell.
