Why are NFL officials picking on Clay Matthews?

One of the Redskins was clearly roughing Aaron Rodgers, when he was slammed to the turf.
No call.

Clay Matthews makes a decent sack, no "roughing," gets called anyway.

No wonder Mike McCarthy was pissed off.

I would like to say they are only human, but sometimes I wonder if there are other motivations for bad calls.

The Green Bay Packers are my #1 NFC Team!

championships with his pro-Dallas officiating.

It would be interesting to review some of the footage from back then to see how many of his calls would have been overturned had instant replay existed as a determinite factor as it does today.
