Complaint Filed with GAB Against Robin Vos’s Estranged Wife Heading to Racine District Attorney

Madison – On Friday September 14th, 20012, a complaint was filed with the Government Accountability Board (GAB) against Robin Vos’s estranged wife Samantha Vos, for alleged voter fraud in the state of Wisconsin. Eagle River resident and former Assembly candidate Roberta Retrum filed the complaint, which states that Vos committed voter fraud by casting a ballot in April, when she was not a resident of Wisconsin.

Retrum says Idaho court documents verify Vos was a resident of that state for at least a six week period, to include the April 3 presidential primary voting. Retrum's complaint includes court documents from a legal separation civil action in Idaho involving Samantha and Robin Vos.

"She needed to have residency in our state for twenty eight days before voting, and she clearly was living in Idaho," Retrum says.

State Election experts state that a voter can be temporarily residing outside of Wisconsin and vote here, if there's an intention to return here as a resident. However, that contradicts Idaho law when it comes to residency, as they require the resident to swear that they have no immediate intention of returning to their home state, or finding residence out of the state of Idaho.
