from my email...
Wisconsin progressives have come roaring back since Governor Walker launched his attacks on working families. But we haven't conquered the root of the problem: big spending by the mega-rich and corporate interests, like the Koch brothers.
Those anti-democratic interests are looking to buy another seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court this year, and there's one person standing in their way: Ed Fallone.
Ed Fallone, my friend and Marquette Law School colleague, is a steadfast proponent for equal access to justice, and would make an excellent Supreme Court justice.
Ed won't be beholden to corporate interests that want to make the Court a wing of their political operation. But for Ed to be a voice for individual rights, and to fight off the attacks to come, he needs to rely on those he's running to serve: the people -- us.
Contribute $5 to Ed Fallone today, and help a tireless advocate for our individual rights and liberties serve on the Wisconsin Supreme Court.

Ed is a renowned legal mind and expert on our state constitution, serving as a professor of constitutional law at Marquette Law School and focusing on the rights our state constitution affords.
In addition to his intellectual know-how, Ed has a proven commitment to fair treatment in our justice system. His work in the community and on campus has helped working people obtain legal representation when they otherwise wouldn't be able to afford a lawyer.
Ed is exactly the kind of fair-minded person we need making legal decisions on the Wisconsin Supreme Court. And we have a lot of work to do to get out in front of the out-of-state billionaires and corporate interests who are willing to spend millions to buy their way out of facing an impartial judge.
Help Ed Fallone build justice for all in Wisconsin. Contribute $5 to his bid for the state Supreme Court today.
Together, we can bolster a voice for independent thought and fairness in our judicial system.
Thank you for uniting as a progressive,
Russ Feingold
