Walker greets conservative WI SC justices Pat Roggensack and David Prosser after the speech.

"Walker’s budget goes in for the kill in the final stages of the Starve the Beast strategy that began under Reagan in the 1980s. After the union busting measures in Walker’s last budget, this one seems designed to create a permanent underclass of unorganized people who are desperate for handouts from the wealthy, and for even the lowest of low-wage employment.

Roggensack has to accompany Prosser where ever he goes so she is there to jump in and pry his hands off the throat of any one who displeases him.

Madeline Albright made... And your comment sure does make me think of Roggensack as the type of women Ms. Albright had in mind when she said... There is a place in hell for women who don't help other women....


Roggensack believes this assault incident is over, and we need to move on....
