Hands on Wisconsin: Scott Walker, the oblivious Eagle Scout

http://host.madison.com/wsj/news/opinion/column/phil_hands/hands-on-wisconsin-scott-walker-the-oblivious-eagle-scout/article_59b19abc-8674-11e2-b7b8-001a4bcf887a.html

The John Doe investigation has been closed and Governor Scott Walker has been cleared of wrong doing. That means he was completely oblivious to the illegal campaign work his staff was doing in his Milwaukee County Executive office suite.

Staffers in adjacent offices, like Darlene Wink and Kelly Rindfleisch, were campaigning for Scott Walker and other Republicans while on the clock at the county, and thus being paid by the tax payers. That's illegal.

Rindfleisch knew her actions were illegal because she had been granted immunity to testify in the caucus scandal 10 years.

But apparently Walker didn't know about any of this. Sometimes it pays to be oblivious.
