Let's see those numbers again. The net change in total nonfarm jobs from January 2011 - the time that Walker took office - through December 2012:
National +4,204,000
Wisconsin -15,900
Illinois +67,300
Iowa +18,600
Michigan +55,800
Minnesota +72,200
Yup, not only did Walker lead us straight to the bottom, we are the only state in the region to have an overall job loss!

(18,964 posts)He got elected by not talking about what he was going to do if he was elected.
He's trying to appear less extreme while he's in the state but he's trying to "out-crazy the crazies" when he goes on his national tours...
can we trust him to be moderate? Seek bi-partisan solutions? pay attention to anything other than his national ambitions?
No
No, we cannot.
We'll see, the repubs are once again bringing up the personhood bill again. Let's see how Walker handles that one now.
Wanna bet the Assembly crazies are bringing it up and will pass it...the Senate will "barely" pass it (~17-16) and then Walker will be "moderate" and veto it.
I've been told that the mining bill was approved by Repubs who really didn't believe in it but voted to approve it to appease the base....KNOWING ...that court cases will tie the bill up for years and the mine probably won't happen anyway.

He'll sign personhood if it makes it to his desk too.
